Jennifer has a strong commitment to her local community and a diverse set of interests and skills. Whether it’s her professional expertise in the carpet cleaning and water damage industry or her personal hobbies like hiking, golfing, and playing guitar, she leads a well-rounded life. As a graduate of Gull Lake High School and Western Michigan University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Jennifer understands the importance of the local economy and proudly supports the town she calls home – Delton, MI. Jennifer is a licensed Residential Builder with over 20 years of experience in the carpet cleaning and water damage industry. She supports and regularly volunteers at Growth Partners Unlimited.

Mike has over 20 years of carpet cleaning, water damage restoration and building experience. He is a Master Cleaner and Master Water Damage Restorer. He holds several IICRC Certifications in the cleaning and restoration industry giving him, the vast knowledge to remove difficult spots on carpet and to dry water damaged areas. His accounts love his dedication to customer service and his ability to make sure his philosophy of 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Mike enjoys playing pool, watching football and spending time with his wife and children.
JJ Olin

When clients experience a flood in their home or business, it is not uncommon for it to be a severe life stressor. JJ’s passion is restoring property and piece of mind. He knows that no single approach is the right one for every situation. He has been trained in a range of water damage restoration and structural repair and reconstruction. When your property is water or fire damaged, he has the expertise of a general contractor to deliver a successful dry down and repair.

Impressive – it is one of many words that comes to mind when you think of Deb. Customers and co-workers love her organization, follow through, and ability to problem solve. She aims to please her customers and always wants her customers 100% satisfied. Outside work, Deb enjoys antiquing, wine tasting, music, festivals, fruit markets, and the company of her friends. While she claims her gardens are not impressive, the flowers she shares with others are beautiful. She puts together vases that make everybody ask, “Where did the flowers come from?” She would bend over backwards for a friend and her friends would do the same for her.

If you need something, call Marilyn, she is always willing to help with whatever needs to be done. She truly cares about people. She remembers customers she has talked to in the past and loves to help them with all their cleaning needs. Marilyn has over 20 years in customer service and it shows. She aims to make customers happy and always bends over backwards to make things happen. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is new to kayaking and had a few mishaps on her adventures, but it won’t stop her from going again. Besides the outdoors, Marilyn absolutely lights up when her grand children pay her a visit at the office. Never tell her an animal needs a home, she will take one home in a heartbeat :)
