Flood Damage

Flood damage by definition is an overflow of water in an area that is usually dry.  Flood damage can occur in homes or businesses.  The flood can occur from broken pipes, toilet overflows, washer overflows, dishwater malfunction, or rain water.  When it comes to rain water flooding a basement, often times it is from an abundance of water saturating the ground water.

When you have a flood, it is best to act quick to prevent further issues with the affected contents and affected areas.   Flood damage in some instances is covered by insurance, it is best to check with your insurance agent.  It is your choice which company you want to use to help clean up the affected areas.
